The Personal Ordinariate
of Our Lady of Walsingham

promoting the unity of all Christians with the Apostolic See

Welcome to the
Personal Ordinariate of
Our Lady of Walsingham in Scotland.
We hope that these pages will provide
the information you are looking for.
We are here to serve the people of Scotland
and those Scottish Episcopalians seeking
Full Communion with the Catholic Church.
However, you don't have to be either Catholic,
Episcopalian or Anglican to receive
the warm welcome which awaits you.
The Personal Ordinariate of
Our Lady of Walsingham
was established
in 2011 by Pope Benedict XVI
to allow Anglicans
to enter into the full communion
of the Catholic Church
whilst retaining much
of their heritage and traditions.
We exist to promote the unity of all Christians with the Apostolic See,
and faithfully to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the rich treasures
of our traditions.  You are welcome - come and find out more.
