Ordination to the Diaconate
at Pluscarden Abbey

On Thursday 23rd June 2011 the Reverend Len Black was ordained to the Diaconate at Pluscarden Abbey near Elgin by Bishop Peter Moran, Bishop-emieritas of the Diocese of Aberdeen at what all present described as a very special occasion. Bishop Peter was very kind in his remarks about Len, and Bishop-elect Hugh and the other monks were most generous in their welcome and hospitality before and afterwards.
